Please help to stop people claiming illegally.
People who claim benefit when they are not entitled to it are claiming illegally and will use the powers available to us to punish those who claim fraudulently.
You can help by telling us if you think someone is claiming benefit fraudulently by completing our online benefit fraud form or you can phone us on 0800 731 7039 (this is a freephone service). Please leave as much information as possible on the answerphone. Everything you tell us will be confidential and you do not have to give us your name.
